Droom is a web design and automation studio in Vancouver, British Columbia that builds websites, AI phone answering and loyalty programs for small businesses. I'm Joe Jagtap, I started it in 2026, and I do the work myself. No office and no account managers, which is why it costs a fraction of an agency quote.

What Droom does
Websites, $999 or $1,999
Up to five pages for $999 or up to fifteen for $1,999, live in about three weeks. Booking is wired in at no extra cost, and every build sets up your Google Business Profile and the files that tell Google and AI assistants who you are.
Care, $99 a month
Hosting, daily backups, security patches and two small edits a month, back within 48 hours. The site keeps working and you never have to log in to anything.
AI receptionist and automation, $449 a month
Your phone answered, with 300 answered minutes a month, missed calls texted back, follow-ups sent and Google reviews asked for. A five-page website comes with it, and there is no setup fee.
Loyalty program, $249 a month
Points, dollars off a set spend, birthday discounts and win-back texts for customers who come back. It carries your name, not mine. No setup fee and no contract.
Not enterprise web applications, custom software, or anything needing a team in your office. Hire a development shop for those.
What makes Droom different
One person from first call to launch
An agency quote is mostly other people: a project manager, an account manager, a designer, a developer and their office. Here you describe a change to the person who makes it, so nothing gets lost in translation.
Every price is published
The prices above are the prices, in Canadian dollars before GST, and the free Field Test comes back with a fixed quote.
You own what you pay for
The domain is in your name and the handover files are free. On the $449 plan the website becomes yours after twelve months paid.
Tested before it goes live
Every site is checked at real phone widths from 320 pixels up, timed on a throttled mobile connection, and read for placeholder text and claims that cannot be backed up.
You can try the assistant first
Call 778-504-7535 at any hour and Droom’s own assistant picks up, built the way a client’s is. That call is the demo.
The trade-off is capacity. When the book is full, it is full. If you need a team of five on standby, hire an agency.

The person behind Droom
I'm Joe Jagtap, a designer and developer in Vancouver. I started Droom in 2026 because small business owners asking for a website kept being quoted agency prices built around an office and an account team.
Most clients are in Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver and Richmond, and living here helps with knowing which neighbourhood names people type into Google. The build is remote, so the price and the handover are the same in every province.

Start with the free Field Test: five fields, and your site comes back tested within 24 hours with a fixed price. Once you approve a direction, a five-page site is live in about three weeks.

Who is actually doing the work?

How many clients do you take at once?
A small number, so edits can come back in 48 hours. When the book is full, new builds wait.
What happens if you are unavailable?
Your domain is in your name and the site is on standard hosting with daily backups, so any developer can pick it up. Handover files are free.
Is Droom a registered business?
Yes, in British Columbia. GST is charged where applicable, with a proper invoice for every payment.
