Pricing
The prices, without booking a call to see them
Everything below is a real starting figure. Nothing here needs a discovery session to quote.
Droom pricing: a website is $1,500 one time for one page, $2,900 for up to eight pages, or $4,800 with booking, a shop or menu sync built in. Monthly, pick one of two plans: Care at $99 (hosting, backups, unlimited 48-hour edits) or Growth at $349 (Care plus local search and a monthly visibility report). Photography comes from you and gets prepared properly; nothing is shot for you. Every tier lists exactly what it covers and where it ends, and anything past a limit is quoted in writing before work starts. Month to month after the first three months, and the site stays yours.
$95/month
The one number most businesses actually need on day one: hosting, upkeep, security patches and unlimited 48-hour edits. Everything else is optional.
The build, one time
Where each tier ends: extra pages are $250 each, a second system (say booking and a shop) is quoted separately, and a third revision round is $150. Photography and video come from you; any phone photo works, and everything is prepared and compressed properly. Licensed stock fills the gaps at cost. Anything past a limit is quoted in writing before work starts, never discovered on an invoice.
Every month: two plans
Also available on their own: local search and reviews at $250 a month, and managed Meta or Google ads at $300 a month plus your ad spend, paid direct. Most businesses need Care on day one and nothing else.
Why is this so much less than an agency quote?
An agency quote carries an office lease, a project manager, an account manager and a designer, and you are paying all four salaries to get one person's work. Here there is one person, so there is nothing in the middle to fund.
The work is the same standard. What you give up is the meeting culture: no weekly status call, no slide deck about your brand values, no three-person review of your logo. If those things matter to you, an agency is genuinely the better buy.
What is not included
- Domain registration, about $20 a year, bought in your name so you own it.
- Ad spend, paid by you directly to Meta or Google, never through me.
- Paid stock or licensed fonts, if you specifically want them. Nothing standard requires either.
- Third-party booking software if your industry needs a specific one, which is usually $30 to $80 a month direct to them.
There are no setup fees, no cancellation fees, no charge for the first revision round and no price rise at renewal.
Questions people ask before they hire
Is there a contract?
Three months minimum on the monthly plan, then month to month. After that, cancel with 30 days notice at any time. The website stays yours either way.
Do you take payment plans on the build?
Yes. Half to start and half at launch is standard, and splitting the build cost across the first three months is available if that suits the cash flow better.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep the site, the domain and the files. If you want it moved to another host, that is handed over at no charge. Nothing is held hostage.
Do prices go up later?
Not for existing clients. The monthly rate you start on is the rate you stay on for as long as you stay.
Is GST included?
No, GST is added on top where applicable. All figures shown are before tax.
