DROOM Book a Call

Loyalty program

Turn first-time customers into regulars

Run your own rewards program, like Scene+ or Aeroplan, for any business with repeat customers. Customers scan a QR code, type their phone number and they’re in. Then you choose how to reward them.

Droom’s loyalty program replaces the paper punch card for any business that wants more repeat customers. Customers join by scanning a QR code and entering their phone number. You pick the rewards: points for visits, dollars off once they spend a set amount, an automatic birthday discount, or a win-back text when they haven’t been in for a while.

Why a loyalty program pays

5–25×

What it costs to win a new customer, against keeping one you already have.

60–70%

The odds of selling to a customer you already have. For a new one, 5–20%.

What it does for your business

More repeat visits

Every visit leaves them closer to a reward, so the next one has a reason behind it.

Slow days, filled

Send a win-back text or an offer when you choose, so a quiet Tuesday gets a nudge.

A customer list you own

Every member’s phone number, visits and birthday in one place. A paper card gives you none of it.

Marketing that runs itself

Birthday rewards, holiday offers and “we miss you” texts go out automatically. Nobody has to remember.

Joining takes one scan

A QR stand sits on your counter. A customer scans it, enters their phone number and joins your VIP club on the spot.

No card to carry and none to lose.

Reward them your way

Points for visits

Every visit earns a point, and points add up to a reward.

Dollars off a spend

Spend $100, get $10 off, for example. You set both numbers.

Birthday discounts

A birthday offer goes out by text on the day, automatically.

Win-back texts

Someone hasn’t been in for a while? A “we miss you” text goes out on its own, timed for your slow days.

Holiday offers too. Use one of these or mix them.

What it takes to pay for itself

The loyalty program is $249 a month. Put in what a customer spends on an average visit.

$249 is covered after

5 visits

At $50 a visit. Count win-backs, birthday visits and rewards redeemed.

Sales from 10 repeat visits$500

Left over, in sales$251

Then the list brings them back

Everyone who joins lands on a list of your real customers. Every reward and every text runs from that list, so a first visit keeps paying off long after it happened.

Customers agree to texts when they sign up, and every text lets them opt out.

Who it’s for

Any business people come back to: restaurants, cafés, salons, boutiques, gyms. If you pay to bring new customers in, this is how you keep them.

Questions people ask before they hire

How do customers join the loyalty program?

They scan a QR code at your counter and enter their phone number. That’s the whole sign-up.

What rewards can I offer?

Points for visits, dollars off once someone spends a set amount, birthday discounts, holiday offers and win-back texts. Use one or combine them.

What is a win-back text?

A text that goes out automatically to a customer who hasn’t been back in a while, with a reason to return. You can time it for your slowest days.

How much does the loyalty program cost?

It is $249 a month. At a $50 average spend, five repeat visits a month cover it. The calculator on this page works it out for your numbers.

Is there a setup fee or a contract?

No to both. It is month to month, and there is nothing to pay to start or to leave.

Is it only for restaurants?

No. It fits any business with repeat customers, from cafés and salons to boutiques and gyms.

Why not keep the paper punch card?

Paper cards get lost, and they can’t tell you who your regulars are. The digital card keeps the list, and the list is what brings people back.
