Website design
A website built for your business, not pulled off a shelf
One person designs it, writes it, builds it and runs it. From $999, then $99 a month.
A Droom website is $999 for up to five pages or $1,999 for up to fifteen, one time, plus $99 a month for hosting, backups and two small edits. About three weeks from the day you approve the direction. You own it, even if you cancel.

How fast every content page here opens on a throttled phone, measured. Yours is built to the same bar.
What you get
Every site is drawn from scratch around how you win a customer. A plumber needs a phone number the size of a headline. A dental clinic needs the booking slot first.
The one-time price covers design, build, writing, images, mobile, Google Business Profile setup and launch, with no discovery fee.
What a rebuild changes
Drag the handle. On the rebuilt side, every element says what it is for.
How long does a small business website take to build?
About three weeks from the day you approve the direction. Week one is structure and copy, week two design and build, week three your revisions, Google setup and launch.
Builds stall on photos, the service list, or deciding what the business is called now, rarely on code. Have those ready and it can be quicker.
Will it work on a phone?
Most people who look you up are on a phone, deciding whether to call. So the phone layout is designed first.
Big tap targets, a number that dials on tap, no sideways scrolling, and fast on a mobile connection. Checked from 360px up before launch.
What happens after it launches?
$99 a month covers hosting, backups, security updates and edits. Text or email a change and the person who built the site has it live within 48 hours.
Your Google Business Profile is set up and verified before launch, with the same name, address and phone as the site. If you want every customer asked for a review after the job, that is part of the $449 plan.
Who is this not right for?
If you need fifty pages, a custom web app, weekly stand-ups or someone in your office on Thursdays, an agency fits better, and I will say so on the call.
Best for one location or service area, under about fifteen pages, with an owner who decides. See the industry pages (roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, other trades, dental, salon, café, realtor, restoration, family law, med spa, marine, funeral home) and the city pages for Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, Surrey and Langley.
Questions people ask before they hire
How much does a small business website cost in Vancouver?
$999 for up to five pages or $1,999 for up to fifteen, one time. Care is $99 a month if you want it. Anything bigger is quoted in writing. Booking is included; a shop adds $2,400. Vancouver agencies commonly quote $6,000 to $15,000 for equivalent work.
Do I own the website or are we renting it?
You own it. The monthly plan is month to month after three months; cancel on 30 days notice and the site, files and domain stay yours.
What if I already have a website?
Start with the free Field Test: the failures on video and a fixed price to rebuild. Most rebuilds keep the content and replace everything around it.
How many revisions do I get?
Two rounds are included, usually one more than anybody needs. A third is $150. After launch, Care includes two small edits a month, each back within 48 hours.
Do you write the content?
Yes. I ask about the business and turn your answers into the copy. Writing it yourself is fine too, at the same price.
